The Maltese Association of Psychiatry in collaboration with the Malta Association of Public Health Medicine and the Malta College of Family Doctors has organised a Symposium entitled: Suicide Prevention in Primary Care
The Symposium took place on the 9th of October 2019, on the eve of the World Mental Health Day of which topic this year was Suicide Prevention. It was targeted for Medical Professionals and the discussion panel consisted of doctors hailing from Public Health, Psychiatry and Family Medicine.
This was a great collaborative opportunity for learning from each other and working onto improving communication between specialities for the ultimate benefit of our patients.
