The Maltese Association of Psychiatry Annual Conference 2026 will explore the mental health and wellbeing of healthcare professionals through a multidisciplinary and evidence-based lens.
Moving beyond a focus on individual resilience, the conference will examine how wellbeing is shaped by organisational culture, leadership, education, healthcare systems and professional identity. The programme aims to foster meaningful discussion, present emerging research and share practical strategies that support healthcare professionals while improving patient care.
