The Maltese Association of Psychiatry Annual Conference 2026 explored the mental health and wellbeing of healthcare professionals through a multidisciplinary and evidence-based lens.
Moving beyond a focus on individual resilience, the conference examined how wellbeing is shaped by organisational culture, leadership, education, healthcare systems and professional identity. The programme aimed to foster meaningful discussion, presented emerging research and shared practical strategies that support healthcare professionals while improving patient care.
